High pay, great company with dynamic products

Cons

Poor integration of Roche management. Management acts interested but in reality they could care less. Stay out of Strategic Sourcing, its a black hole.

Interesting work. Incredibly smart coworkers. Great benefits. Plenty of opportunities to switch roles within departments and across functions. Training activities are available.

Cons

There is a lack of transparency regarding promotion expectations and opportunities. The 401K plan does not fully vest for six years
