      Pros

      Was a good and stable company, and people were always happy. People were valued.

      Cons

      After Roche, Genentech was never the same. All about profit, people are not valued. In the past few years, I have seen many great and knowledgeable people be laid off or leave due to the company, job, no way to move up or be appreciated to go to other companies instead and help those companies be better.
