Pay. Free coffee in office. ~$1 raise when contract is extended, but with how stingy the company is, this may have ended by now.

Cons

Is "everything" an option? Cliques, management getting fired for standing up for what's right and for backing their direct reports. As a contractor you get like no benefits.
