Class segregation based on position and income. Incompetent upper management, they do not care about their people at all, just a sales/marketing/recruiting tool. Segregation of employees - implementation of parking areas, this was done so the VPs and executives can park their Porches, Mercedes and BMWs in the front of offices, even if you get in at 5:00am you have to park in your area and walk in the rain & snow, but the VPs rolling in at 9:00am park in front of the glass door entrance.

There is nothing I can tell.

Cons

Not a good place if you are EE. You would waste your knowledge because of working with uneducated managers. Inorganaized. Low pay. High turn over. Please either leave or get laid over. They don’t care about talents. You would only get 10 days of vacation.

After 12.5 years I got let go for battling blood cancer nearly dying I was told I no longer have a job not being able to get my jacket or say my good-bye to the co-workers that became family treated like I had killed ppl
