Quarterly bonuses if goals are met, company is growing leaps and bounds- it is a stable company. Many good people to work with.

Cons

Hiring nightmare-can't get people in the door, people are leaving for more money, there's always more work to do than time in the day. There aren't enough resources. Quality is preached, but not practiced.

I have never had a paycheck bounce.

Cons

Kiss your weekends goodbye,if you work in the shop.You will be forced to work every Saturday. Unorganized doesn't even begin to cover it.Quarterly bonus,not for the last 3 years,unless you're an exec.Clueless management (I'm being polite).Outdated policies,its kind of like dealing with the government, red tape bureaucrats. Low pay,with lots of hours.I could go on and on.Benefits like insurance are ok at best.

Cons

Absolutely no job security. Management is not competent and demonstrates this by philosophy that we are all replaceable. Very high turnover in Salaried Group. Company is poor at communication, teamwork and people development. Expected to use your personal vehicle and cell phone to conduct company business. Company does not provide tools to do your job. Career advancement not related to qualifications.Company claims to be improving but does not walk the talk.
