Where do you even start? The expectations are off the charts what anyone can do. They expect you to be super-human. Even if you are, they will still treat you very poorly. Almost no promotions from within (because everyone sucks). The planning is terrible, it changes weekly or daily. There is a reason they always have 30+ openings in engineering, because no one wants to work there.

Upper level management needs to listen to the employees and stop being the negative ones. There is so much negativity from this level and tension in the air that its sickening. Most employees are working harder and longer than needed out of fear of loosing there jobs. This is a very negative environment at this time and it starts with some of the unrealistic expectations of the upper management, directors, and V.P.s. You are not allowed to voice an opinion to someone, because if one of the directors hears about it your cornered and confronted. People have lost their jobs based on comments made. So much for freedom of speech. The company has lost a lot of top notch talent and its a constant revolving door of people. Most workers in my department are currently looking at other opportunities and sending out there resumes. The overall view is your just an employee, do your job as your told or your out of there. The company will always have someone to fill your shoes. The company is also below average on compensation. Again we have lost a good number of people due to this. Not every year is going to be a banner year, but treat your employees good, and you will be amazed at how much more productive they will become.
