Great employees and several fun days to participate in - great ways to break up some of the busy or slower days. A positive attitude will take you a long way in this company!
Cons
Can be a little difficult to navigate your career path - they do have a learning department that can help but it is still growing. Sometimes the communication doesn't always cascade to all parties - always a work in progress.
