      Need a short term job for money

      Class segregation based on position and income. Incompetent upper management, they do not care about their people at all, just a sales/marketing/recruiting tool. Segregation of employees - implementation of parking areas, this was done so the VPs and executives can park their Porches, Mercedes and BMWs in the front of offices, even if you get in at 5:00am you have to park in your area and walk in the rain & snow, but the VPs rolling in at 9:00am park in front of the glass door entrance.

      Pros

      Due to staffing on the support side (small, team of under 10) you get exposed to a lot, so can learn a lot, when you are not fire fighting to keep 5-12 year old computers running that is.

      Cons

      Staffing and managements lack of investment in support staff or keeping equipment that is still under support contracts. Lack of support from management team (pxi boot, old equipment, pulling teeth asking for help, just very combative environment within IT). Close to zero investment in hardware on the client facing side. pauper ducis custodi limis oculis
