      Fun people to work with, good products, offer ok benefits.

      Cons

      Pays not good, no room for advancement, no guidance from direct manager, very micromanaging, and will change metrics if you do well.

      Pros

      Chaos can be a ladder. Good opportunity for short term job title / small career advancements for professionals with good work ethic and high intellect.

      Cons

      Chaos can also be an ankle chain. If you work hard advancement is possible. You make plans with managers about your future with the company and work hard towards that future. It will not happen. New managers will be hired within two years, and the reset button will be hit. You will find yourself interviewing for the job you already have over and over again for each new person hired in a restructuring. The restructuring will trigger a new restructuring. Forget about where you where going. There is no long term future here.
