Great people and a lot of training provided. Huge potential for sales in the market.

Cons

Very behind from a technology point which significantly limits sales potential. Very poor communication feedback from senior management on performance, goals, and expectations. The company and management needs to be more agile and willing to change in order to grow, but they still operate like a private company and severely stuck in their old school ways.

Was a great company at one time. Freedom to set own direction Newer office space Great fellow employees

Cons

Long time employees overlooked for advancement Responsibility (blame) pushed to lowest level employee while Sr. mgmnt absolves themselves of any responsibility. Secret deals, hidden agendas, lip service on advancement, fall back on "Market Value" as an excuse for low pay scale. Always looking outward for talent and ignoring the people who have helped get them there.
