HR does nothing, supervisor closes office door and ignores. Office physical environment is horrible. Bathrooms constantly out of order, phones drop calls, temperature impossible to regulate. Our office doesn't have a fancy cafeteria or walking trail. Jefferson is the Red Headed Step Child of Generac. Only YES MEN are promoted. if you question any procedure, policy or make suggestions for improvement you become stagnate.

The company's focus is top line growth, without taking into consideration that organization design and integration "go hand-in-hand". As the company continues to grow the focus needs to be on people development and organization integration of teams within current businesses and new acquired businesses. There is far too much turn-over, which creates for a negative culture.
