      Pros

      Facility improvements in the last three years plus planned improvements. Still many opportunities to improve processes and products.

      Cons

      Considerable lack of respect for all levels of incumbent employees by the newest (6 month) mid level management. The new guard is tearing the company apart, and it will likely get worse before the error of their hiring gets corrected.

      Good products and dealer network, a lot of good people who want to do the right thing

      Cons

      Inability to get things completed due to lack of investment, unwillingness to invest in areas that desperately need improvement. Culture of company has changed over the past few years and has become a place of disrespect within the company.
