      Pros

      The company is good at giving employees the opportunity to learn different areas of building the product. If you are a hard worker and reliable, you are offered to learn new things in different departments. Everyday you get to talk to people from all different departments of the plant.

      Cons

      Not always sure if you will have a 40 hr work week because of material issues. Business does slow down at certain times of the year depending upon the weather in the united states.

      Pros

      No overtime mandatory, you can leave at your designated time, unlike a lot of businesses where you randomly have to stay after. Generac is very active when it comes to involvement with employees. Good occurrence system and you start with vacation days

      Cons

      The pay is horrible. But they try to combat your complaints by bringing up your incentive pay, which does nothing, They say they like you and want you to stay but they don’t prove it. No one can live off of $10 an hour. This is a lucrative company; maybe they should start rewarding the people who make it that way, like giving the little guys a wage we can live on. They also allow people who harass and push people out to continue to work here, even promote them.

      We should focus on the talent that is currently employed before rushing to external talent! Little to no flexibility for work hours.
