Cons
The hardest workers get the short end of the stick while the slowest workers get rewarded, Have to stand on pavement all day, Each shift blames another, Everyone grabs the easiest jobs first before the jobs that need to be done, You get fired if you drive a forklift in a circle, Supervises do not follow the rules, The disciplinary rules are not followed so if you look at your supervisor the wrong way it could be your last day.
