Run, Don't Walk, Don't Even Consider It
Pros
Work/life balance (for my position at least), basically could clock out for the day and leave work at work - except for the existential dread I experienced each Sunday night at the thought of having to return back each Monday morning for another dreadful week. Oh, and there's a gym upstairs.
Cons
Management is divided, so when they aren't analyzing every move you make, they're fighting with one another. Major power struggle. Compensation is pretty low. Not a lot of room for growth (especially if you're in an awful, undesirable position to begin with - they'll hold on to you with a tight grip). I had friends in various departments throughout the company who equally disliked their jobs. If you're looking for a company that cares even slightly about employees, this isn't the place for you. Show up, do your mundane task each day, and don't expect much personal development.
