When you put your two week notice in at Human Resources and you are told by Human Resources that your last day is the moment you are putting your 2 week notice in and you are told you are not being fired...shady deal....if I had to do it all over again, I would not apply for a job here.

Most veterans and those with talent have left the company, and the rest are seeking other opportunities. The attempts to change the culture over the past few years have resulted in epic failures. The company has changed the operations team with lack-luster, self-serving micro managers. So many dollars have been spent to improve productivity, only to have taken ten steps back, rather than forward. Employees are left questioning how products can even be profitable, with numbers being manipulated by leadership, in an effort to distort what's really happening - thus preventing the truth from being discovered by those at the very top. The arrogance that resides within this company is nauseating.
