Had the pleasantry of working within multiple facilities and everyone strives to improve and team dynamic.

Cons

Forced relocated multiple times due to growth and expansion which led into 60+ hour long weeks prior to promotion, Experienced extremely high turnover rates particularly in manager and sr. manager roles.
