1/2 of the shop floor can't read or write in English. Makes everything more difficult. No balance of work time and family time here. 1st shift production is a joke, so if you work 2nd shift prepare to stay later every night to make up for 1st shifts incompetence.

Management is pushing RTO across the board, no exceptions, despite the vast majority of the engineering organization preferring work from home and half the team not physically able to go to the office. Nothing that you say or do will ever be heard by people with any power. Management repeatedly makes decisions from the hip with no data, sets random deadlines, makes your bonus completely dependent on those deadlines, and then overowrks everyone to burnout. Bonuses have been $0 the past two years, and I'm sure it's by design. This is a company that despises its engineers, and hates how they work. They'll treat you like a kindergartener and never trust you with any kind of autonomy or competence. Join if you want to feel like you're screaming at a wall every day
