Pros
In spite of leadership's best efforts, there are good people still working at Generac. Otherwise, not much in the plus column.
Cons
Toxic and cheap leadership. No strategy at all aside from "wait for hurricanes so we can sell more stuff". Won't invest in systems or technology. Employee morale going down every year and no efforts to make things better. Making everyone be in the office four days a week isn't going to help.
