A culture of no reward for results that’s gotten worse with poor business outlook. Bonuses actually can be zero, raises under 2%. Execs drive cross functional teams against each other to meet metrics that don’t meet up; I.e. cost vs development vs time. Lots of finger pointing & CYA. Cost centric products without sourcing or manufacturing differentiation for industrial vs residential end markets. HR, Assembly & Sourcing turnover extreme. Execs can be a bit toxic, don’t expect any positive feedback. Can be tough to keep a positive face on for your employees.

Everyone was in a sinking ship. Managers were not giving the tools or resources they needed to keep team members happy, or the ability to hire new talent quickly.
