Pros

Was a great company at one time. Freedom to set own direction Newer office space Great fellow employees

Cons

Long time employees overlooked for advancement Responsibility (blame) pushed to lowest level employee while Sr. mgmnt absolves themselves of any responsibility. Secret deals, hidden agendas, lip service on advancement, fall back on "Market Value" as an excuse for low pay scale. Always looking outward for talent and ignoring the people who have helped get them there.

Pros

Coffee machines around every corner. Great lunch staff Exercise facility Can be a great opportunity if you are in the right department with the right manager?

Cons

2 points for some awesome USA-made product and semblance of company direction, but the rest of the experience was beyond terrible. -Would definitely question any positive reviews on Glassdoor. Revolving door, will hire you if you have a pulse. Clearly no discretion to some of the hires. Example: My manager couldn’t make it as an entry-level test engineer, but somehow became the manager of the department? Treats good employees like meat grinder. Coworkers with cooperative ability and social skills rare here. Expect aggression and inferiority complexes. Lowballed on salary when hired by 5 k. Raises based on ivory tower “HR goals”. Manager picks your goals without your input, resulting in some impossible goals and 1% raises that don’t outrun yearly inflation. Definitely not a good place for recent graduates to build career. Too many sociopaths and good ‘ol boys on top of their mountains doing whatever they want. More politics and power struggle than operation. Test lab had no feedback to design process. Ragdoll treatment. Either you say yes or you will hear about it. The same goes for showing up exactly at 8 AM. Health insurance premiums are expensive for individual. Healthy activity tracking rebates turn enjoyable exercise into another chore. Unhealthy vending machines and food everywhere. Exercise center, but after going full-time there was no energy left for that Long commute from most locations. Overall very glad to not be employed here anymore. Health and pay has improved significantly by going elsewhere.

Pros

Benefits are pretty good and inexpensive compared to a lot of places. You will work with some good people that you can commiserate with.

Cons

Understaffed, overworked and under paid. Upper Management just doesn't care about it's people. "What you aren't working 60hrs a week regularly are you? Then what's the problem?" They could not care less about your personal life, want you to work as many hours as possible to get the work done. You will get burned out.
