The culture at GA is warm and welcoming and the people are very kind.

Cons

They do not value excellence for their sales employees, Their commissions structure is broken. Canadians selling into an American market are paid 30% less than their American colleagues for no reason other than they are Canadian. Additionally on the vast majority of things you sell

Bonuses if you can hit goal which is hard. Unlimited PTO but you will not hit goal if you take off and have a lot of work to come back to even after one day.

Cons

This role was unbelievably draining and you are not valued here. There are major layoffs every six months
