Pros

Great community of people. Very positive and exciting environment. Coworkers all care about tech and education. You get to make a big difference in students' lives. Fulfilling work.

Cons

Pay is good but not amazing. Meals aren't provided. Work space is nice, but it can get crowded at times.

A great company going through some very serious growing pains.

Pros

The mission, the product and the people that work there are bar none.

Cons

Management and HR are having trouble maturing with the size of the company. It is incredibly difficult to move up within General Assembly without becoming super aggressive and cold. The company focuses heavily on their net promoter score for their customers, but doesn't seem to be very in touch with what the employee net promoter score would look like.
