Pros

The great community of students and colleagues. It's also a very good place to get into the tech and startup scene. Great benefits like travel stipends, gym reimbursement and given the chance to take classes, workshops and courses for free.

Cons

Lack of support from management. There's a barrier between the frontlines and the rest of the company which creates a feeling of seclusion.
