Pros

Team lunch every Tuesday helps the company stay abreast of what the ever-expanding teams are working on. Ability to take part time classes if there are open seats when it begins. More connections and exposure than any job I can think of. An "internal first" first mindset to hiring makes advancement extremely available A genuine drive to build the business and to understand employee struggles exists at all levels of the business Facilities are fantastic

Cons

Poorly projected growth targets have impacted bonuses for what is looking like 2 straight years. Current hyper-growth forces resources to be allocated to parts of the business that are generating revenue, with little or no help for the supporting pieces of the business. While advancement opportunities abound there is no clear growth path for any branch in the business
