      Pros

      Can't say enough good things about the people. Smart, creative, and hardworking twenty-something crowd who care about the work and the students. Huge amount of positive energy in this fast paced environment. Looked forward to going into work and seeing my colleagues every day.

      Cons

      With the most recent round of VC funding and expansion plans, the revenue targets are extraordinary. I will watch with interest to see if the current pace of growth can continue. At times can feel the growing pains as company transitions from being a start-up to a "grown-up" business.
