My career at GA was consistently rewarding, challenging and fair. I felt heard and valued by my peers, by executives, and by those that worked directly on my team. The instructors are incredible - everyone gives so much, it was an honor to be a part of this organization. Local campus team members who do well can be described as: incredibly hard working, open to feedback and change, and authentically invested in the mission/vision. I had the privilege of working with a number of teams that fit this description, and because of them, I grew into a leadership role that I am very proud of.

Cons

If you're looking for a 9-5 type role, you probably won't see success here. But putting in that extra elbow grease pays off in dividends!
