Pros

Great culture and team. Opportunities to move up. Well articulated mission.

Cons

If you spend too long in the same role, the day-to-day can get stale.

Pros

Great opportunity for new graduates to go through the course again and be able to learn more as well as teaching if you'd like to have the chance.

Cons

Nothing negative I can think of.

Pros

Hands down the greatest place I ever worked. The people were wicked smart and you could always learn something from them. You knew you were making a difference in people's lives.

Cons

Too much focus on sales and marketing. Some of the management style was... unorthodox. I think those people have moved on now, though, so it probably is better.
