Pros

Co-workers are fun, young and genuine. Management are approachable and always open to employee growth. You can take workshops for free. After 9 months of working, you can take a part-time class for free.

Cons

Low overall salary Company spends more money on the students and appearance of the campus than its employees

Free classes and workshops, bonuses each year, paid cell phone, gas and gym stipend, unlimited time off and for the most part get the last 2 weeks of the year off paid.

Cons

Weak global management team, lots of recent turnover, organization is going through a lot of growth and people are asked to pick up the slack but not paid more.
