They don't care about instructors. Middle management is useless.

Fun job, love teaching and interacting with students.

Cons

Instructors are treated right. Underpaid, overworked. Never listened to. Middle management doesn't need to exist. The company operated much smoother when the instructors made the calls, not the operations team.
