Numerous opportunities as a teacher to learn new tricks via lunchtime lectures on teaching. Serious support for teacher's opinions and comfort.

Cons

It would be nice to have a private space a teacher could go to after a long lecture to decompress, maybe prepare some more. (But, this is NYC.)
