Pros

My team was fantastic, and truly, my manager is the one that truly made me not give up on most days.

Cons

Company went on sudden restructuring and let go all of us. It is to be expected (I guess) in this type of industry. It's good experience but keep in mind that this is not a secure job (technically, there is no such thing as secure), especially with how volatile the markets are lately. Always apply for jobs even when you already have one.

Had a wonderful leadership, Very caring and interested.

Cons

Even though part of the business was struggling with some results, still had a strong leadership team, but it was tough to develop career opportunities.

-Awesome mission of helping people change or up-skill careers -Remote-first environment, good healthcare benefits -There are genuinely good and smart people supporting learners

Cons

-C-suite leadership is completely out of touch -Lots of turnover at the middle management level -No company culture, very low morale
