Pros

Good benefits, 9/80 work schedule, it's a job and foot in the door.

Cons

Hires too many green engineers that rely on the few experienced talent who are under appreciated, burnt out, and haven't left yet.

Pros

9/80 schedule and the benefits

Cons

The morale of the department is low. There is no sense of leadership and no career path. There is a high turnover rate and people are moving into better opportunity. There is also a lack of promotion and opportunity to grow.
