      Great work schedule, team environment, exciting product. Love my job.

      Cons

      Management heavy. No room for promotion if you don't have a college degree even though you have 30 years direct work related experience. They give you the work but no pay or promotion which makes you feel less than even though outstanding yearly reviews to prove your worth. H.R. Pretty worthless.

      Great perks and fringe benefits, medical and dental benefits, 9/80 workweek, flexible start time

      Cons

      Poor leadership and management skills, only 10% salary raise if you get promoted internally, promotion is very slow and biased. No open door policy, you won't see upper management involvement at all

      Hurry up and wait mentality, disorganization and lack of cohesion and communication in upper management
