Pros

Very dynamic environment with a broad range of projects. Company has a long history/heritage. Some very smart people work here

Cons

In an almost constant state of chaos and reaction. Poor planning. Some of leadership seems to have aged into their roles. Benefits are OK. Company invests decent amount into IRAD. generally nice people

Pros

Amazing product that really makes a difference in the world. It is like working at a start up with out the financial risk. You don’t have to worry about getting paid. Well it used to be that way.

Cons

It is the Wild West! Both a benefit and a con. No accountability and questionable ethics at many times at the higher levels. Still think they are a small company. The new leadership is not Neal Blue or Frank Pace who had a real vision for the product and company.
