Pros

Love the benefits Good products Pension

Cons

Do not compensate once employed. No real merit increases unless high up. Doesn’t compensate for CPI. Requires vaccine and doesn’t stick up for religious accommodations.

Pros

Great Learning environment, reasonable pay, good benefits, interesting projects, good research and development budget, privately owned.

Cons

Federal contracts are tedious and add bloat to costs, additionally regulations in contracts change frequently which create confusion. Slow to adopt better processes. The federal vaccine mandates additionally made it unreasonable to work for a government contractor. It left the company with a choice between contracts or no contracts. The company obviously chose the contracts. I disagree with state run business, it goes against our Constitution and the Vaccine Mandates represent unprecedented government interference in private business.
