Traditional pension plan, flexible work environment, growth opportunities, not subject to as much public and market scrutiny as public companies, less restriction on budget constraints, innovative ITS leadership team that supports new ideas, learning from mistakes, and various career development opportunities

Cons

Somewhat stronger resistance to changes, higher risk aversion level

Pros

Benefits are better than average, especially with off-Fridays.

Cons

HR needs lots of work to be fairer about who gets promotions when. They also need to learn to look outside of "traditional" qualifications of purely education.
