      All facilities located in San Diego Area including factory and assembly line. Innovative Aircraft Designs and new Technologies.

      Cons

      Departments did not communicate very well and were not willing to work with Safety because of intense schedule and deadlines.

      Pros

      A great professional team, I am leaning a lot from the experts. Many people in key positions have years of industry experience and time with the company. They share their experiences and help mentor.

      Cons

      Too much centralized control with Senior Management. Also, sometimes it’s hard to develop new processes because of push-back from key positions. There is general resistance to process improvement.
