      Good benefits, Good pay overseas

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Work life balance is horrible. Pay is not competitive when home and no compensation is given for extra mandatory responsibilities.

      It's a great place to work. 9/80, flexible schedule, nice buildings and work equipment.

      Cons

      Since General Atomics has grown in the recent years, moving up seems difficult. Most of the time HR is very slow with hiring and is not the most responsive, even with employees. s this how it is everhwhere?
