Pros

There is a lot of growth opportunity within the company IF you are a part of the inner team of decisions makers. Work hours are flexible and there is a gym.

Cons

The work load comes like typical big DoD money, it starts and stops from a craw to a sprint. The raises are limited to just above inflation and Christmas bonus is one paycheck (this will be the only bonus you receive).

Lack of Competent Management

Pros

9/80, pension, holidays, time off are all very generous.

Cons

Management, all levels, are not experienced leaders. If they make a decision, it takes FOREVER or is not focused on the company goals (wait goals oh yes, there are none that we know of except make money). The decision is based on what is best for their interests to move up ladder or what their "Exceeds" employee best interests are to move up the ladder.
