      Flexible schedule and the ability to take on projects that interest you.

      Cons

      Leadership is disconnected from the needs and concerns of engineers. The company culture is often bureaucracy first and engineering last.

      Great pay, compensation, and medical insurance.

      Cons

      Travel accommodations for workers need to be on par with leadership when traveling internationally. Sitting on a plane with your production manager in business class while you are in coach and flying for 12 hours and then expected to work doesn't set a great tone for a work trip.
