Pros

Easy going, nice campus, not too stressful, benefits aren't that different from the rest of the market.

Cons

Advancement is very very slow and only depends on how your manager likes you if you want to join make sure you ask to negotiate well because a 2-3% annual increase isn't enough with inflation.
