Pros

As an engineer, there are good opportunities to develop technologies that help our armed forces. The company offers tuition reimbursement and generally has a positive work culture. Most internal teams are able to collaborate amicably. There are some limited options to work from home depending on the role.

Cons

The company outlook is neutral to slightly contracting. Upper management has been more focused on cost cutting in recent years. With the wars in the Middle East winding down, GA needs to diversify its product line to win new customers.
