Pros

Most of the people are genuinely doing great work. Benefits are decent.

Cons

There is very little diversity. Career advancement is unlikely. Remote work is openly discouraged by leadership.

Pros

The people are amazing and the company is community minded with several opportunities for employees to participate.

Cons

So fixated on the numbers going out that there is little attention to what is coming in. Grand announcements in regards to high dollar contracts and company acquisitions, then rounds of layoffs.

Pros

Headquarters are nice. Location is beautiful.

Cons

There's a lot of turnover. Once they get you in bonuses and raises are minimal. There's an entrenched management that cycles through employees quickly. My manager lied repeatedly on my evaluations and gave me impossible tasks. After 6 months with no vacation I took off a half day (4 hrs) for a holiday weekend. I was criticized for this. He was trying to get me to quit, for months. Complaints to the director, HR and Corporate went nowhere. Eventually I was terminated.
