You work a lot of overtime (which defeats the point of the 9/80 work week). Some upper management has no business managing people let alone their departments. They don't promote within, they would rather hire from without, typically these people are paid more. They pay a lot less than their competitors.

Your not treated with respect at all no one cares about you only what you can do for them. NO advancement at all unless your their best friend! Once you start don't plan on going anywhere but where you are. They make you wonder why you choose to do this because if the way your treated here. Very depressing place to work. HR is not good at all here! You makes this place millions and to be treated like crap. You may think your doing good but after a few years you'll see you never are allowed to grow in the company your held back from advancing just do their friends get in you'll always be to the bottom. They say one thing to you and always do different. A company you'll never go any where with. They'll always start new people out making more than you'll ever make. Just a place that makes you feel like a nobody even tho you have35 years experience.
