      Pros

      Nice company, good people and great facility. Lots of work and steady employment.

      Cons

      Functions make Program Managers do their work. Processes but not integrated. Leadership wont change the culture they expect the lower levels to make it happen . Overwork and not enough help. You ask for help so they add another management layer.

      Don't be afraid of hard work, but can lead to being burned out. Poor Work-Life balance.

      Private Company that has many non-standard (typical) ways of doing business.

      You are correct. Two things: 1) Being privately held has allowed us to operate in a very entrepreneurial, sometimes surprising ways, but it’s delivered amazingly successful technologies. 2) We hear you. And we are aggressively upgrading and standardizing procedures that our growth now requires. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
