Pros

This review is primarily regarding the aeronautical division. There is always plenty of new and exciting projects to work on. It is fast paced and a great place to learn and grow in your career if you are talented.

Cons

The company grew way too fast for a long time. The result is that management still tries to act like it is a small company on one hand while building in bureaucracy on the other. The other is that too many talented people left or are leaving due to the dysfunctional management.
