Pros

Dependable business. Job security.

Cons

Depends on which group you are in and who your boss are, you get treated differently. Some manager don't care, some gives salary based on favortism. You can see people walking around, doing less work than you and make more money, because they got hired at a higher salary level. This place never fire anyone. so everyone who got locked in at a good salary stays. HR will negotiate salary if you find a higher paying job.

Pros

Morale is good for the most part. People are friendly and willing to help each other. There's ability to interface among a multitude of disciplines/departments and also opportunity to move around the company which all help broaden knowledge and skillsets. Lots to learn about UAV products and the industry.

Cons

Company is getting too big and bogged down by lots of processes, paperwork, and red tape that adversely affect efficiency and resourcing to actual priorities (engineering work if you are an engineer). Raises and pay are low compared to market. Not much R&D. Could invest more in training.
