Pros

Job stability Clean working environment Good benefits Does not require you to have your own tools 9/80 schedule helps work/life balance

Cons

Compensation is lower than other federal contracting jobs Much of the turnover is attributed to people leaving the job to get better paying jobs on base Promotion within the company can be difficult Technicians on the floor have to wear long blue smocks that are annoying

Pros

Close knit and a bit smaller than than the big aerospace companies. Fair compensation.

Cons

Work ebbs and flows based on whims of upper management. Spread out between the high desert and north San Diego area.
