Mediocre Job Satisfaction

Pros

Many good and knowledgeable employees in this aerospace company. Benefits are good and they still offer a pension.

Cons

Very difficult to move up unless you're in the right political group of upper management. Promises are not kept in certain organizations. If you do a fantastic job in your current position, you can be held back because of it.
